Parts Inventory

Provides manufacturers with regular on-hand parts inventory levels from your dealership. Manufacturers will use this data to conduct part trend analysis/forecasting and to assist dealers in driving more efficiency into their inventory management process. Additionally, dealers providing their parts inventory will benefit from the ability to search for parts availability at other dealerships using the Parts Locator feature.


Vehicle Specifications

Vehicle Specifications Enables dealers to enter a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Hull Identification Number (HIN) in order to view specifications of the unit as configured when it was shipped from the factory. This information can be used by the dealer for a number of purposes, such as validation of the unit's information for inventory purposes, or to verify information about the unit upon arrival for service.

 


Parts Locator

A real-time feature providing dealers with the ability to search both manufacturers and participating dealer parts inventories for part availability. This gives dealers the ability to rapidly determine if a critical part is available and where it is located. With this immediate information, dealers can more accurately estimate repair times and more efficiently schedule service technician resources.


Unit Shipping & Invoice

Reduces manual entry by each dealership by automatically providing shipping notifications of orders and updating your inventory when you confirm orders received. This provides increased inventory accuracy and gives dealers insight into delivery times of current orders.

Parts Ordering

Enables dealers to submit orders to multiple manufacturers in a consistent manner from one place in their DMS. Eliminates the need to use multiple tools and processes to send orders and obtain status for each manufacturer.

 

Parts Master

Provides dealers with automatic parts catalog information. This includes (among other information): products valid within the last 5 years, supersession chains, part number, MSRP, and dealer cost. A nightly update ensures you have the latest parts information, reducing errors in pricing and the parts ordering process.


Dealer Information Product Line Master

Gives DMS vendors the ability to ensure dealers they service have the latest functionality available to them based on the product lines they sell. As new functionality is continuously rolled out, DMS vendors will have insight into availability of beneficial functionality specific to your dealership.

Retail Transaction Data

Provides manufacturers with insight into your retail transactions, including those within repair orders and major unit transactions. Manufacturers will use this information to further enhance their ability to support dealers from a parts perspective. Dealers will benefit by manufacturers being on sync with their needs based on historical activity.

 

Unit Shipping

Provides Dealers with proactive visibility into unit shipments. Dealers can then retail the unit to a customer without having to enter information into their DMS.

Unit Service History

A two-way information exchange between dealers and manufacturers. Services performed by dealers get automatically stored by the manufacturer for each unit. Dealers benefit from the ability to view a unit's complete service history even if the service was performed at another dealer.

 

Unit Invoice Details

Transmits Unit Invoice information between OEM and Dealership. This enables Dealerships to receive confirmation when invoices have been received by the OEM and also track order progress.
